SHIPPING POLICY
NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:
PLEASE NOTE:
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia
Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York or Massachusetts
All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 2 business days via UPS Ground.* UPS Ground shipping is $7.00 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $75.00. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $75.00 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). When checking out, please make sure you check “QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING” – if you do not, $7.00 will automatically be added to your order even at $75.00 or more. If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be e-mailed to you for you to accept or decline.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order. Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:
UPS Next Day Air - $35.00
UPS 2nd Day Air - $17.50
Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your e-mail address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your e-mail address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.
MVRSECURITY. Will use the best shipping method possible. UPS and FEDEX offer the best tracking. So we are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.
Orders received by 3:pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.
For money order or check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable). For off-line orders (mail or fax) please print an order form to mail or fax in.
